A 50% deposit is required at time of booking: balance payable upon arrival. When you secure deposit, you are contracting with Alpine Accents with promise to pay in full upon arrival for the total amount agreed upon with Alpine Accents management. Failure to pay in full is a violation of Colorado State Law 12-44-102. “Defrauding an innkeeper”. Violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

• Within 24 hours of booking, you’ll receive a full refund.
• 30 days or more before your trip, you’ll receive a refund of any rental payments you’ve made, minus the booking fee.
• Within 30 days of your trip, refunds are only given if you’ve purchased Trip Protection and it falls within their guidelines.
